Koursaros
I am using a good and trusty Corsair Carbide 540 case, as a desktop. I would like to build a new system as a file server NAS, something that uses a small or small-ish case that can take an Intel i3 or i5 cpu and four 3.5" harddrives with the potential for a future upgrade to more harddrives. I looked around the various Corsair cases, unfortunately none of them seem to be suitable for more than two or three 3.5" drives :( Anyone knows if any of the available Corsair cases can be modified to hold more harddrives? *edit* just for comparison, the Fractal Design R2 case (midi tower) has... wait for it... 8 slots for 3.5" drives !!! Thank you.
crashnburnxp
If you ever find one, let me know. Id love to build a free nas server in a badass looking corsair case with RGB! Personally, I want to build a freenas system in a carbide air case. Its one of my favorite cases.
