I am looking for following: CS:GO: Macros or Profiles which let the entire Keyboard Flash when I am flashed, Num Pad blinking when bomb has been placed (colour Change every 10s) WoW: Num Pad going from green to blue while Healing Rain is active, num row blinking White, while Healing Tide or Spirit Link is active. There may be one already available such as Aurora https://aurora.modworkshop.net/. 2. If you using the lighting time options, you probably can get it to work.
