Mein System,

 

Netzteil: Tagan TG480-U01 (480W)

Board: ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe (Bios 1019 Final oder 1021 Beta3)

CPU: P43,4E (Prescott)

Grafik: Sapphire ATI Radeon 9800XT (256MB / 256Bit)

HDD: IDE Maxtor 160GB UDMA133 8MB Cache (Promise IDE-Modus)

CD-RW: Plextor PlexWriter 48/24/48A (Master IDE 2)

DVD-RW: LG GSA-4120B (Master IDE 1)

RAM: Corsair TwinX1024-3200XL v. 1.1

 

OS: WindowsXP Professional (SP2)

 

 

Problem:

 

1 Ram-Modul ist Defekt!!!

 

 

Testmethode:

 

Memtest86 v. 3.2 (memtest86.com)

 

Modul 1: (200/400 Mhz, CAS: 2.2.2.5) = Test OK!

Modul 1: (200/400 Mhz, CAS: 2,5.2.2.5) = Test OK!

 

Modul2: (200/400 Mhz, CAS: 2.2.2.5) = Test Error!

Modul2: (200/400 Mhz, CAS: 2,5.2.2.5) = Test OK!

Please try the suspect module with the Dim Voltage set to 2.85 Volts at Cass 2-2-2-5 and please disable legacy USB in the bios when you run http://www.memtest.org. If you still get errors then please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
