Unable To Retrieve Password For Support

I am currently having issues with 1 stick of my Vengeance RGB 16GB 3000MHZ kit. One of the red LEDs is going out near the center of the stick. If I program yellow for the kit that area of the module will be green and so on.

 

I am also having issues with my gen 1 h100i again. It has been RMAed Once and is now defective again.

 

My problem is when I send a request for a password reset for my support account I never get a reply but when I try to start a new account it says my email is registered.
