CUE not installing

I could install it before for my keyboard and mouse, some reason I get this error now even with the older version (get same error).

It looks like a privilege issue, is the current account a admin account?

It is I checked, I can install other programs on the computer fine.

Ok I found the fixed from another post.

I have to create the folder which I'm installing it to then, move the installation file or the exe file I downloaded to the folder. It worked once I ran the installation from the folder which I'm installing it too, kinda weird work around to install this, but it worked.
