Got this keyboard since Christmas.

Everything was working fine.

No updates to ANYTHING on my PC whatsoever.

Today I start my PC and I get this message pop-up in CUE.

Now my lights is the 'standard wave' and I can't customize anything, as CUE doesn't recognize my keyboard, or after some minutes it pop ups with the error message.

What can I do to resolve this issue?

CUE Software version 2.21.67

Tried re-installing/repair twice.

Corsair is asking me to contact Technical support, but when I do it says they're not available.

I was gifted the same keyboard for Christmas and just recently it/its HID drivers are causing problems with any controller hooked to my system at the same time the keyboard is plugged in. I feel like there's either a bad batch of these keyboards, or they didn't properly lab test them/the drivers on older motherboards etc. or something - to have this problem spring up randomly after less than a month of use is disconcerting. I could get a replacement, but what's to guarantee this won't happen again with the replacement?
