calves2997
I have an old Compaq Presario 1800T with a Pentium III 450 MHZ, and 64 mhz of memory on the MB. I upgraded with an addtional 128mb corsair part CM64OS128-100C2, VIN number 020408. It worked great for 3 weeks, and then the computer stopped booting up. Said invalid memory message. I removed the new Corsair memory product and it worked great. I think this memory module is defective. It is old but this has a lifetime warranty. Can you help? I am running windows 98.
