twistedsymphony
I currently have a kt4 ultra motherboard with a single 512MB stick of Low Latency XMS PC-2700. I would like to upgrade to a full gig (possibly more) by adding a second (or third) stick of the same thing however I flat out cannot find this RAM anywhere. I'm assuming it's discontinued as I can't find it listed on the Corsair website anymore either. My question is, what should I pick up in it's place? I'm ok with loosing a little speed for the added memory. Also what settings will I have to play around with to get the new ram and the old ram to play friendly? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 2, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 2, 2005 I would do a search at like http://www.pricewatch.com and see if you can find a reseller who may have old stock. But this module is out of production. Sorry! You might consider finding another use for this module and just get Twinx1024-3200XL instead!
