Did anyone know someone in Corsair can help me on this, I been stuck with their customer service for whole week and no body care anything. I ordered the Commander Pro on 12/19 and still hasn't ship, the whole freaking build is stuck because missing this tiny hub. Everyday they say it will be shipping out since 12/26. And I also heard a ridiculous excuse say the whole shipping department is on vacation and nothing will be send until January...:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: I don't recall Corsair have a customer service like that before :confused::confused:
