zerozen Posted December 30, 2017 Share Posted December 30, 2017 I have the same problem, since I updated the CUE software to the latest. My K70 RGB Rapidfire is not detected. This is what I did: 1) Set my Switch from BIOS to 1. 2) Unplug the keyboard 3) Press the ESC key while plugging back the keyboard. 4) Press the "Window Lock + F1" located on the top of the Scroll lock/ PrintScreen/PauseBreak keys. The keyboard lights should go turned off from Red lights, then your keyboard will show up in CUE. Just the interchange the last 3 and 4 "what I did".
