lordphoenix
Motherboard: Asus A7N8X Deluxe motherboard. I have 1x Corsair XMS 512MB PC3200 "cmx512-3200pt", however i find that the new series of XMS has "C2" in it. I want to upgrade to 1 GB of ram and I was wondering what is the smartest way to do this if I want to run it in DUAL CHANNEL? I only have money for the other stick though. Unless I sell this ram or something...I won't be able to buy a TwinX Pack. RamGuy, what should I do?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 1, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 1, 2005 You would need to match the exact part# and revision as what you have now for best performance. Or if you can find someone to buy this stick from you I would encourage you to go with one of our Twinx sets for best performance.
