serhat190562 Posted December 24, 2017 Share Posted December 24, 2017 Hey there, my headset is not working,not charging,not in bootloader i cant see it on usb device as avnera,its saying Unknown USB Device (Invalid Device Descriptor) when i connect to my PC,I tried different USB Ports but not working; Is there anyone know about this problem or having same problem here? I have the same issue and the charging light on the info mic doesn't light up. I almost broke the info mic awhile ago and suddenly it isn't working anymore.
