Ashron Posted December 22, 2017 Share Posted December 22, 2017 Hi, I am facing some issue with my RGB strafe (key chattering), and i would like to initiate the return process. But for some reason i am unable to login on : https://support.corsair.com It says my login or my password is wrong, but i am prety sure my login is ok (its my mail, and if i try to reinitiate my password it work, so it must be ok). And for my password, after a lot of reinitialisation, i am also prety confident in my tiping. I also want to say that its been more than a week that i tried to get help on the french support forum, no one answer me .... At this point i dont think i will buy any corsair device anymore, because after spending 150 € in a keyboard who worked 5 months and being unable to get any help, really got me mad.
