No Matching Account With Support Website?

Whenever I try to claim my account with my existing one, I get this error, " NO MATCHING ACCOUNT WAS FOUND. PLEASE CHECK THE EMAIL AND TRY AGAIN. IF THIS IS AN ERROR PLEASE CONTACT OUR SUPPORT DESK

. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE." I guarantee the email is correct and I can log onto it on the main website but can't login to support with it and I need to file a claim for a keyboard as it came defective.

It sounds like your account hasn't been brought over yet. You can just create a support account and it'll be fine.

 

When I tried to make a new profile it says this, AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE FOLLOWING ERROR CODES:
