I recently had to RMA my RAM and want to share my experience. I'll try to keep my story as short as possible.

 

I had two quad channel RAM kits, sold one of them and later started having issues with the remaining kit. Proceeded to test each stick individually, when I discovered I ended up with a mismatched kit - one stick was from one kit, and 3 sticks were from a different kid, same part number though.

 

I opened a ticked, told them RAM fails memtest, and explained how I ended up with a mismatched kit. Corsair approved my RMA and told me to go ahead and send all sticks I had, which I did.

 

A couple of weeks later (I'm in Canada) I got a brand new replacement kit.
