Mike89
I have 4 512 sticks of Corsair PC3200XL (ver 1.2). I am running them at 200, 2-2-2-5. While I'm not getting any Windows errors that I can notice, the ram flunks the Windows Memory Diagnostic tests (booting from floppy) and the Memtest program (the one that runs in Windows). The Windows Memory Diagnostic reports errors in: WMATS+ and WINVC. The results show errors in modules 1, 2, and 4. I don't know what's up here. Never had any errors with Corsair memory before. Any ideas?
Wired
Test one TwinX pack at a time. They'll probably pass. If so, set the timings to something more conservative, e.g. 2.5-3-3-6. What CPU / FSB / Motherboard do you have?

Mike89
I changed the timings to 2-3-3-6 and now no errors. I guess having 4 sticks changes everything as the Corsair PC3200XL (1.2) won't even do it's rated speed of 2-2-2-5 without errors. With more and more people wanting over a gig of memory and thus having 4 sticks, I think it would be a good idea for Corsair to also start testing/matching/selling with 4 sticks. Wired
Problem is, the memory controller does more work when you add more sticks, and as such slows down a bit (some even drop the FSB from 400 to 333), which defeats the purpose of the low timings.
