Critizin
i just got these today, and i dont think they are getting loud enough my hyperx cloud II and Razer Kraken got pretty loud but these at max volume arnt very loud maybe about 75% of the other two headsets ive owned.. They also seemed kinda muffled. im wondering if theres anything that can be done to get it louder or clearer or what?

Critizin
https://i.imgur.com/MS9tuoX.jpg i plugged the void pro's into that and now they sound way louder and clear... if i use the void pro USB dongle and or plug em directly into 3.5mm jack in my computer they sound quiet and muffled/static like. Critizin
okay... so i thought it might be a driver issue... so i formatted my computer and still sounds like **** plugged into the 3.5mm jack or the USB dongle that it came with. yet still sounds amazing loud and clear threw the hyperx dongle.. what is going on... Critizin
Sorry for spamming my own posts, just trying to keep you all updating incase this is a known issue.. With the corsair driver engine thing installed. the sound gets muffled. and i noticed in discord when i use push to talk the little beep it makes when u talk with the drivers installed the beep is short theres a static sound then it beeps again.. without the drivers its just a normal beep. Are corsairs drivers just bad? Without the drivers installed the Sound coming from the headset is fine, but it still isnt really loud enough, when i plug into the hyperx dongle the volume gets loud enough. Corsair Employees Corsair Nick Posted November 17, 2017 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 17, 2017 All these posts, feel like I was right there troubleshooting the headset with you haha. You said the sound improved when rolling back to an older version of CUE. Which version worked out better for you? Also, can you provide your system specs? Critizin
The quality of the audio also seems to change after every restart of my computer, sometimes it sounds amazing. and then sometimes its muffled, other times it has static.. Corsair Employees Corsair Nick Posted November 27, 2017 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 27, 2017 If you plug the headset without the dongle into your phone, or an MP3 player, or any other device with a 3.5mm jack, do you encounter the same static?
