I just hope the newer ones can change the LED based on coolant temp. I love my little workhorse H100I as it saved me once already when I had aligned the back plate improperly. I saw my LED go from blue->green->red and was able to quickly shut down and figure it out.

Sadly the H100iV2 didn't have that feature since it wasn't CoolIT. Hopefully Asetek (sp?) can have that as a feature now as I liked changing it based on temps or other profiles. Also thank God for what looks like rotatable connectors. I hated the ones on the V2 and how stiff they were when trying to mount. I'm assuming the fans are the ML120 Pro's you see but probably a lower RPM version of them.

Hyped to see it in retail channels soon. Would really make my day and give me a reason to retire my H100I as it's getting a bit noisy these days.

It does dude... mines set to go Red if its temp heads over 45c

Sorry I meant you could control conversion points.

On the H100I you can set numerical values for coolant temps..

e.g blue for 30C, green for 35C, red for 45C (and could change the colors accordingly)

With the V2, you could only select a static color with red for exceeding a custom threshold. (Unless I'm missing something, I spent a ton of time with it only to call up Corsair and find out it could only go red with exceeding that temp)

yeah.. sorry my bad.. can only do that type of colour change with fans and strips

incidentally.. i have my front 3 LL fans set up the way you want in my gaming profile... one set to cpu... one set to gpu and one set to mobo temp.. at a glance i know if its hot and indeed get a good indication of which item might not be playing ball :D.. I have my colours set as 'green for go'... red for 'I'm doing ok' and white for 'Houston we have a problem'

That's not a bad price, i currently have an NHD15 and would be open to changing to an AIO simply to have unblocked access around the motherboard.

Only thing that might bother me is the fans, i see they are rated up to 1600RPM which is a tad high for my liking. I look forward to seeing how this thing performs though cooling & noise wise.

rare you would run the fans at full tilt bud.... the new coolers also have a zero rpm mode.

i currently have a h100i v2 and rare my fans go over 1000rpm (push/pull with LL fans one side and HD fans the other)

The H150i is listed on Amazon Canada for $231.92CDN. I ended up buying from the UK site while waiting on Amazon US to make it available for purchase so whichever ships first I'm golden and I'll have a backup just in case.

Just sad that everywhere is showing it except US:(:

Too bad I'm slow to react, now everything lying around except a cooler :(

Well ... maybe. What we don't know yet (because our volunteer guinea pigs haven't told us yet) is if Link works with the new coolers yet. It'll recognize them (the IDs are in there) but no one here knows if it'll fully control them.

none listed here in the uk for sale aside from on amazon and i doubt they are ready to ship...

Yup not ready for shipment but still made available for purchase and it's one of those cases where Amazon charges the card instantly, so that's going via Prime to my London address while I twiddle my thumbs waiting on Amazon US.

I like your method of thinking and indeed the resources you have at hand lol..
