i have been experiencing random lock ups and explorer crashes. i ran memtest86 an found errors in test 2, 6, and 8. i removed the vantec ramsinks i had on my memory and the corsair label came off. i still have the label, but the label not being on the ram, am i out of luck for an RMA?

Please make sure that you have the latest BIOS for your MB and load Setup/Optimized default settings, and try the following BIOS settings;

VS512MB333

CPU Freq: 133 MHz (266 FSB)

System Performance: User Define

Memory Frequency/CPU:Ratio: 125% / 2:3

Resulting Frequency: 166 MHz (333 FSB)

Memory Timing: User Define

SDRAM CAS Latency: 2.5T

SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 3T

SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 3T

SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 8T

DDR Reference Voltage: 2.7 Volts

AGP Voltage: Default *unless you have ATI (9200 or 9600) or NVIDIA (5200 or 5700) then 1.6 Volts suggested!*

All other settings are motherboards defaults

Then please test them one at a time with http://www.memtest.org and let’s make sure it's not some other issue! I would run the test for at least 2-3 passes to be sure!

Do you still have the sticker? If you do then yes most likely, if not then I am sorry I would not know, we would have to inspect the module. But if you have an invoice that may help. Please talk to customer service about this and I am sure they will do what they can too help you!
