Rma of h110i gtx

Hi all,

 

I requested a rma for my faulty cooler which was approved 16/10/2017.

The ticket says it arrived 25/10/2017 but also says processing 20/10/2017. I have asked for a update via live chat and via my ticket but no one is helping me.

 

Please help

 

This is a uk return
