My issue is that, if I click the Customer Support Portal it makes me create an account (I won't get started on why I seem to need 3 accounts..), but when I try to it gives me an error, I've tried on 3 different devices: AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE FOLLOWING ERROR CODES: 002 257EA52D-4979-450B-9935-25CB9A193B33 Humorously, I don't see how or where I'd contact customer service without going through that Customer Support Portal.
