Warranty Info/Support

Hello, I have a CX750M power supply that is not working. I've had it for under 6 months.

 

My issue is that, if I click the Customer Support Portal it makes me create an account (I won't get started on why I seem to need 3 accounts..), but when I try to it gives me an error, I've tried on 3 different devices:

 

AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE FOLLOWING ERROR CODES:

Humorously, I don't see how or where I'd contact customer service without going through that Customer Support Portal. How do I get in contact with someone about a warranty claim? Preferably without creating another account of some sort..
