I would love to nickel coat the case or possibly just the front dust filter. Does the mesh come apart from the 'casing' parts? If not, would it be at all possible to order a 'not yet assembled' filter for the top and front? Any info you can provide will be appreciated. And if the parts just snap apart, all the better!
