In addition, please tell me the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set? cpu speed is 1667mhz 133fsb msi MSI KT4 Ultra i have not changed anything settings wise in bios it all auto detects normall settings apply, i replaced my Corsair (CMX512-2700C2PT) 512MB, DDR333 / PC 2700, non-ECC with these i retryed them and no errors in same slots but the ddr400 gives me lots of errors and i get blue screen straight away on bootup winxp Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But with this CPU you would not be able to run them faster than DDR333 or it would cause a bottelneck in the chipset and may generate errors that are not the fault of the memory.
