hey there good people, ive been having an issue with my scimitar rgb gaming mouse, been looking around forums a bit and cant seem to find someone having my exact issue.

so im running the latest versions of firmware on all my devices, and the CUE, scimitar rgb mouse, and strafe keyboard. windows 8.1 64X

i have mapped the number buttons on my mouse to my desired keys (1-=) bur when im finished with my pc i put it to sleep, and when i wake up my mouse is disconnected from CUE(and sometimes my kayboard) i have to exit right out of CUE and restart it to get them to reconnect. and then it works perfectly again.

anyone have any insight on this issue or experience anything similar?

thanks to all that reply, your infinite wisdom is always welcome here :)

You can try the following and see if it corrects the issue:

1) Open your Power Options under Windows Control Panel

2) Change Plan Settings

3) Change Advanced Power Settings

4) Under the USB tree, disable USB Selective Suspend State

Putting your PC into a sleep state can cause some detection issues with USB devices. With all of our CUE compatible devices, communication between the hardware and software is a necessity for the macro and lighting functions to work properly.
