Gorro
I'm gonna send the defective module to Corsair, but since i am in Italy I would to know what kind of shipping(FedEX, USPS...?) Corsair will use to give me back a new module. And if it has online full tracking or not. This question is important...Thanks.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 26, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 26, 2005 First thing, if you are not in the USA, please try your reseller first as most off shore reseller will take care of their own RMA's. If they will not help you we will be happy to replace them. And we would normally use UPS or FEDEX for International shipments. As far as tracking info you can get that from Customer Service after the modules have been received. But please make sure that you get the RMA# first if you send the modules to us. Yes, I have already got the RMA, here is because I'm asking this... But there is a big problem, FedEX or UPS make me pay for sure a custom fee if the declared value is not really low(under10$). So... what about this? Will Corsair cover this fee or what?
