Crowzer
Hello! The side buttons of my Corsair Glaive randomly dont work. Sometime when I boot my PC, everything are well and the other time, this problem occur. I have to reboot my computer to fix or exit the CUE. I use the side buttons a lot to back and foward in web browser or games. My OS is Windows 10 64 bits with last update. Also the CUE and the firmware of Glaive are up-to-date. How to fix it ? Toasted
Do you have multiple profiles in CUE? If so, does any of them reassign the side buttons?

Toasted
When the issue occurs, Open Device Manager and expand Human Interface Devices and System Devices. Do you see "Corsair Bus" under System Devices and "Corsair composite...input device" under HID? Have you tried running CUE as admin? Does that change anything? Crowzer
This issue just occured: - I see "Corsair Bus" under System Devices. - I also see "Corsair composite virtual input device" in HID. - My CUE is set in admin mode. I don't understand... Absolutly weird. Maybe is related with other programs in startup ? https://i.imgur.com/OjpHQA0.jpg
Toasted
That's strange. If you have security software, try adding CUE into the exclusions list and see whether that helps. You will want to put in a support ticket with Corsair and see whether they can help as well. https://support.corsair.com/
