Riccardo
Hello everyone, I just built my first pc in a Masterbox 5, and i was looking around for two 120/140mm fans to take the stock ones' place as intake fans (no radiator). My issue is: as ml120 (no led model) are pwm fans, and I only have one free CHA_FAN connector to use, would they work by using a '1 to 2 splitter' designed specifically for pwm fans? Can i tell you which one? Its not a corsair product. By 'working', i mean having full control over their rpms (both fans at same speed). I ask because after reading around, im scared such a method could lead to issues to the magnetic bearings functioning. Thank you for your help (sorry for potential mistakes, Im italian)
red-ray
Use similar to http://www.ebay.it/itm/171153446472 and you should be fine
Riccardo
Thank you for fast reply :) If i already own Noctua NA-SYC1, that would be good as well? Please notice that the two 'outputs' of this connector are one 4pin and one 3pin
red-ray
The NA-SYC1 should also be fine. I assume it's pin-3, the speed signal, that is missing.
