its been over 7 business days and no response on this ticket what happened ?

When did you submit it? This past Monday was a major American holiday in the US. Likely they weren't open from at least Saturday til Monday if not Friday as well. Normal business days are Mon-Fri.


I'm waiting to hear back on a ticket as well, but created it Friday and would assume today is only the 2nd business day due to the holiday.
