CTRL-, Windows- and ALT-keys are not responding.

Hi all.

 

Today I picked up my new nordic k95 but sadly, as the title says, my CTRL-, Windows- and ALT-keys are not responding. The ones in talk are the ones in the lower, left corner of the keyboard.

 

I am running the latest firmware for the keyboard and also the latest version of cue. I have also changed the layout which was preset to UK instead of Nordic, which did not help.

 

Does anyone know a solution/explanation for this problem?

Tried the keyboard on another computer?

 

If it does not work, You can contact Corsair to try a hard reset or contact your retailer for a replacement keyboard.

Other things to try.

-Soft reset (Unplug the keyboard > Hold the ESC key down while plugging it back in).

-BIOS Mode (F1+Windows Lock key) indicated by a flashing scroll lock. To exit, use the same key combination.
