z149045978
Why the 6 HD120 fans go only one fan can be controlled (can be controller on the 1st position)! Control the second position has been lit white light! No. 5 position is the most strange, the fan on a LED light issued a white! 3.4.6 position of the light is completely not bright! But any of my fans as long as the first position can be controlled and shiny! My HD controller is connected to CORSAIR Commander PRO!
Corsair Employees Corsair Dustin Posted August 23, 2017 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 23, 2017 Just so we're clear, physically you have the six fans connected to the RGB fan hub that comes with the HD120 fans, and then you have that hub connected to one of the LED ports on your Commander PRO? Can you post a screenshot of your Commander PRO's LED configuration screen?

Corsair Employees Corsair Dustin Posted August 28, 2017 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 28, 2017 Okay, just so I'm clear. You have a Commander PRO. On the Commander PRO, LED Channels 1 and 2 have RGB lighting strips to connected to them. You have a Lighting Node PRO. The Lighting Node PRO is connected to your Commander PRO's USB port. The six HD RGB fans are connected to the fan hub which is connected to the Lighting Node PRO. Is that all accurate?
Bupa
Hello! Sorry for interrupting. I'm actually having the exact same issue however I have all my LED Strips connected as one in LED #2 and my HD hub is connected in LED #1. I also tried the way you listed but still no avail. Corsair Employees Corsair Dustin Posted September 1, 2017 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 1, 2017 Do you have six fans connected to the hub? Are they connected numerically in order?
Bupa
I was not aware they needed to be specifically in a certain order. If you're speaking of matching them numerically on the HD hub and Commander Pro, yes they are. Otherwise I will check to see if there are numbers on the fans. anhphuongvu
Just a suggestion I had issues with my five HD140 fans. I had fans not lighting up. I took all 5 fans off the case and placed them on the floor. The reason why they were on the ground so I can change the order and test the fans. Some fans like to be in different order. All five of my HD fan are working from trial and error
Corsair Employees Corsair Dustin Posted September 6, 2017 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 6, 2017 I was not aware they needed to be specifically in a certain order. If you're speaking of matching them numerically on the HD hub and Commander Pro, yes they are. Otherwise I will check to see if there are numbers on the fans. So the fans themselves aren't specifically numbered, but the ports on the HD hub are. Now if you do have them in order on the hub, from 1 to 6 (or 1 to however many you have), and they're not lighting correctly, then that's another issue.
