Can't create a ticket...

I wan't to create a ticket but it doesn't let me...

 

I enter all the fields with information but when I click "NEXT" it shows -"Error. Part Number is required"-

 

Can someone help me please. What's wrong?

 

P.S. I need to RMA my PSU and RAM.

Did you hit the button that says search for part number, or just enter in the part number?

 

Yep. I entered the part number and hit the button. What should happen when you hit the button?

 

P.S. One of the live chat agents created the tickets for me. Is that a bug of some kind related to technical issues they're having at the moment?
