viperxbr
Greetings, In the process of upgrading my CPU, MB and RAM. Going to a X299 platform with the 7820X CPU. The question I have is these new MB's now have 2 separate CPU power connectors, 8pin EATX12v_1 & 4pin EATX12v_2. I have the AX1200 PSU which only has the one 8pin 12v connector. What would you recommend using for the additional 4pin connector? Thanks, Todd.
Corsair Blake
Hello there! You should have a secondary 4+4 (8-Pin) EPS connector. All of our AX line comes with a pair of EPS. Please double check your cable bag. The EPS connectors are able to be split up and are keyed specifically to the motherboard header.
viperxbr
Hey Blake, Just checked the bag and I found the other CPU connector. Perfect and thanks! That PSU should be plenty for this new platform even OC'd? Only one VC will ever go into it. Thanks, Todd.

Add a second card and you'll still have so much headroom (for activities), the PSU won't slow down. Glad you were able to find it and happy overclocking.
