Sent my H80i to RMA, 9 days have passed.

Hello everyone


So I had a problem with my corsair h80i, my RMA request has been approved at 2017-07-25 18:44 . I have shipped my cooler on 31/07/2017 and my shipping info says it has been arrived on 02/08/2017. I have contacted so many live chat assistants and they all have said It is on the warehouse and ticket will be updated. One last support member said she will send an email to a warehouse. It has been 8 days, why my ticket not getting updated? And when will I get a new cooler? I am running on stock amd cooler and it is at 6000rpm, This is so disappointing...
