richjanney
Hello: I belive that I have a bad stick of PC133 memory from corsair. The markings on the sticker are as follows: CM766 S256-133/M 0406082 PC133R-333-542-B1 The server the RAM is in consists of: 2 x Pent. 3 866 Tyan Thunder 2500 MB 5U server case for P3 I have narrowed the problems down to 1 of 4 sticks purchased about a month ago. When this memory stick is in the server, the machine WILL NOT post. It does not matter which memory slot it is in. We are installing in pairs as required by the motherboard. I have done all the trouble shooting to ID this defective part including substituting the part for a known good module. I would like an RMA so that we can re-install the RAM in our server. Thank you, Richard Decker

richjanney
I need to add I got the memory from PC Progress and that I tried to get an RMA from them, but their return policy does not allow returns after 30 days. They suggested that I go through Corsair directly. Hello: I belive that I have a bad stick of PC133 memory from corsair.
