That post said I have been sent an email with RMA instructions,after which I replied that no such email has been received. I have had no further replies on the ticket since. I suspect you have some problems with your support portal, as I also don't get emails when the ticket is updated. I do successfully get emails when your staff email me direct (in response to initial complaint about lack of progress) or for forum registration. I have checked my spam folder.
