durangod Posted July 25, 2017 Share Posted July 25, 2017 Hi, my keyboard works fine but my windows 10 device list shows the status of the keyboard device as "removing device" and it does not change with shutdown or restart. I am running the current CUE version. Also there is no picture of the device its just a blank file icon on that device page. How to fix this please? Other than that, you can double check your Device Installation Settings under the hardware tab in Advanced System Settings>Hardware and try a different USB port.
