I'll try to make this translatable.

Turn down your fans and set a custom profile.

CPU cooling is based in part on the room temperature. If it is 28C in your room, you will be warmer than when it's 16C, by those same 12 degrees. Many people are a bit surprised the first Summer. As your room and case temperatures increase, so does the coolant temperature (H115i Temp). There is a 40C H115i Temp = 100% fan speed trigger. This is not a special temperature for cooler, but if you were starting at a normal room temperature of 20C, a +20C increase in coolant temperature would be a lot if from CPU heat alone. You have BeQuiet 900 series case that is very good at holding in sound energy, but that means it will retain heat energy as well. Your case temps are in the upper 30's to start, so it will only take the slightest amount of load to reach 40C and trigger 100% fan speed. It does not matter how much fan speed you use -- the coolant temp cannot be less than the environment temperature.

Try setting a custom curve based on the H115i Temp that looks something like this:

30C=40%, 40C=50%, and then set a maximum 50C=100%. You are not likely to reach 50C, but this will give you an audible warning if you do. The lower values are not that important and can be adjusted. 1000 rpm on the fans will cover almost any load. You might want slightly more for long runs of encoding, rendering, etc., but I have found very diminishing returns going past 1300-1500 rpm.
