WOLF
Dear Corsair. I have an old Corsair Vengeance K60 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard as my backup keyboard and that's not detectable in Windows 10 or Windows 7 and by that have it's own life as it doesn't work as it should. I know Corsair use to come out with good products as I'm a great fan you Corsair, but in this case It vent little of track so to say. Wish you at least could come up with some software that straighten things up so I don't feel like I waste my money on something useless. Thank You. WOLF
Dear Comet. Thank you for your reply up on my post. That's the problem, as the keyboard is unidentified in Windows 10 and Windows 7 as I tried, then I can't upgrade the firmware as I also tried serval times on two different computers. So as it is right now the keyboard has it's own life so to speak. Thank You!
Comet 1626864951
You may find help from contacting Corsair Support directly to at least get your firmware updated, then we shall see what problems, if any, remain. I would expect that the keyboard should be identifiable, at least with Windows 7!

WOLF
Dear Corsair. I do have to emphasize that Corsair stands for high quality products as well as good customer friendly support. That's why I have Corsair as one of my favorite company regarding high quality computer components and accessories. The same goes with my Corsair Vengeance K60 keyboard, sadly though, no real driver was made at the time of it's marketing and course of that I face this issues, as I see it. But this does not make me reject Corsair products since I know what they are capable to regarding their good quality products. Thank You! P.S. Here's some pictures (via the link below) on my computer and accessories. It's not the latest Intel CPU and chipset since I manage good with this one for the time being.
