TheFoxy
Specs: Abit AV8 (S939, K8T800Pro) Athlon 64 3500+ (S939) Galaxy GeForce 6800GT Corsair TWINX1024-3200C2PT RAM I'm having some stability problems with my system in 3D games, so I'm eliminating possibilities. Looking at the RAM timings in the BIOS it seems to me that they may be a little slow. I'm thinking this could be causing the other stuff to mess up, especially with a Galaxy 6800GT at main clock of 370 (manufacturer did this, not me) and lower-latency than usual Graphics RAM. A lot of errors mention memory access or access violations. However, I have run memtest86 for over 20 passes with no errors. So, can you advise me on what the timings (and voltage?) should be for the TWINX-1024 3200C2PT RAM? Current settings: FSB frequency: 200 DRAM Frequency: 200 DRAM Clock: DDR400 DRAM Command Rate: 1T CAS Latency Time: 3.0 RAS# to CAS# Delay: 3 clocks Min. RAS# Active Time: 8 clocks RAS# Precharge Time: 3 clocks Row Cycle Time: 11 clocks Row Refresh Cycle Time: 13 clocks RAS# to RAS# Delay: 2 clocks Write Recovery Time: 3 clocks Write to Read Delay: 2 clocks Read to Write Delay: 4 clocks DDR SDRAM Voltage: 2.65 V Thanks.
