rydum Posted January 21, 2005 Share Posted January 21, 2005 I have been told to post in this form to complete an rma request to send my stick back. i currently own a VS256BM400 stick and it was working fine in my system for over a year. then one day it would not post while installed in my system. i have tested it in several other systems. i even took it back to my orignal resaler. but they were unable to process an RMA for me because it has been over a year since i purchased the product. I purchased the stick in September of 2003 and the ITEM # is 86451245592. please allow me to complete an RMA request as I need this RAM to work.
