CUE Won't Detect my k70 LUX keyboard

I got this keyboard last night, the k70 lux. It is my first mechanical keyboard, with cherry mx brown switches. I didn't understand the CUE when I downloaded it, and soon realized that my keyboard works, but CUE doesn't recognize it. I did some forum browsing, but every fix I saw didn't work. I tried reconnecting the USBs, reinstalling the software, and even installinh a different CUE version. My keyboard is still in BIOS mode, but that's because if I turn it to anything else, it blinks off and back on again and then the lights all turn off andf I can't use it until I reconnect the USBs. I can't use the windows lock key, I CAN use the light switcher key that controls the light levels, and I also CAN'T use the media keys to change my volume. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
