MitchV
I have a bad stick of Corsair Value Select (VS512MB400C3) lot 04130430 I have two 512MB DIMMs of this memory. I began getting corrupted files on my hard drive. After troubleshooting various componants, I determined that my memory was the problem. I tested this by removing one of my DIMMs -- the problem went away. I tested with both sticks of memory individually. Stick #1 worked fine, stick #2 created corrupt files once again. I ran with a single stick of memory for a week and ordered another stick of the same memory. After installing the new second stick of memory, I still had no problems. All of the memory was the same Corsair Value Select memory. I am reluctant to install this stick of memory into my machine again. I have reformatted too many times. After testing three identical sticks of this memory, this is the only stick that causes me problems. Thank you!

MitchV
Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! I haven't followed this up closely enough, but I've called and left messages and submitted the online RMA form with no response. Are there any other suggestions on how I can get a reply from Corsair?
