BlueWolfSpirit Posted April 14, 2017 Share Posted April 14, 2017 I created a ticket earlier yesterday to replace my Dongle for my Void headsets, it was approved today and i have the package box and protective filling for it to stay safe inside the box. Toasted Posted April 16, 2017 Share Posted April 16, 2017 Strange, Are you replacing the headset and dongle or just the dongle? If i recall correctly, Corsair usually just send a replacement dongle instead of requiring the user to send the whole unit back. You will want to double check this in your ticket.
