K95 RGB Platinum Keyboard isn't working

Hi everyone I am new to the forums/this program. I recently received a k95 RGB platinum keyboard as an early birthday gift. First time I plugged it in everything worked, flawlessly. I turned my PC off went to bed and the next day turned it on and nothing. The lights weren't on / I couldn't even type. Now, in order to get it to work I have to plug it in MULTIPLE times to different/same usb ports and i'm afraid that is ruining my ports. I'm not that familiar with computers and I could really use any help or tips to solve this, thanks.

Yes both usbs are plugged in and I did use different sets. How would I check my usb ports? I'm pretty sure it's Intel

 

Referring to your mobo manual is the best way. I would also advise that you call into tech support, just in case they know a fix that I am not aware of.
