Lambetts
Hey guys, Get a new system, it's awesome, but...finding my h80i is like ramping up, then down them up again? It's pretty annoying and I hope it not damaging anything. I don't have any third party monitoring software, just good old Corsair Link. Thanks guys. red-ray
Try using the H80iV2 temperature to control the fan speeds rather than the CPU temperature.
Lambetts
Thanks for you reply. Ok, I'll have to check that when I get home. If it is on that already. which I remembering it might be, what else could be the issue? I set it to custom and set like 20c-40%, 30c-50% and so on... dont know if that will run too hot... Also, should I have the pump set to perf? Thanks again.
red-ray
I suspect Quiet will be enough and rather than quoting numbers attach the CL4 [home] tab + fan config panel screen shots to the post. What is the room/case temperature? See http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=853900 for how to attach a file/screen image to a post.
