I have a Voyager Air 1TB that is not working properly

I can load files onto it.

I can see it in the settings menu on my phone (iOS) where I chose a network.

I can connect to it.

But in the app it shows a wifi icon with a red exclamation point and will not see any of the files loaded.


I've barely used the device but it's never done this before.

Put in a support ticket with Corsair and see whether or not they can provide the firmware update file and instructions for your Voyager Air. It should be a file to drag onto the drive. As a precaution, it will be best to backup the data on the drive in case something bad occurs during the update process.


I tested the iOS app on 10.3 beta 6 and it is working fine.
