Used wrong standoffs with h100i v2

So after buying parts over the course of the past 4 months I finally had everything I needed to build my new PC, first one I've built in 13 years. Get everything rolling and I'm making good progress. Comes time to install my h100i get it and the fans attached to the case, get the standoffs in and attempt to attach the cooler to my cpu. A few of the screws go on, though it was tough to get them to fit. The last screw is impossible to get on, I undo them all and try to attach it in a different order from corner to corner.

After awhile of struggling with this, I realize that there are other standoffs packaged that are nearly identical to the AMD standoffs I used. Since I am color blind I had to base which standoffs to use on the picture in the book, when I saw the AMD standoffs matches the picture for the intel I put them in. Now I'm stuck because two of the standoffs are stuck in my system unable to remove them from the motherboard because they will not unscrew from the back plate. The one standoff also has the screw head stuck on it from the front side. Had I known that Corsair would make two nearly identical parts for two totally different types of CPU I would have waited 3 days to have someone help me (the earliest they would have been available). Now instead I'm stuck with a complete system I can't use or do anything with.

It's not like I skimped on anything either honestly, so I'm surprised I was able to stay as calm here as I have, but I decked the thing out with corsair products, 460x case, 32gb 3200 ddr4 ram, PSU, cpu cooler, sp 120 rgb case fans etc... Everything is great, but the overlook on this cpu cooler is just infuriating.

So now... What can I do? This is a near $200 motherboard the thing is stuck to, and brand new.

Firstly which motherboard do you have? You should add you PC specs to your profile.

Can you attach a photo so we can clearly see what is stuck and where?

MSI z270 gaming pro carbon.

Since I couldn't tell the difference between standoffs and the AMD standoff looked the same as the pictured Intel standoff, I used them. Could not get the last one on, so redid the whole thing, same issue. So eventually found that the intel standoffs were still in the bag, tried taking the AMD standoffs out, but two were stuck. Got two intel standoffs on and the AMD standoffs just will not come off. when trying to unscrew them, they just spin in the plastic backplate portion.

Oh and here's my full build. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zdgF3F

Why did you not add you PC specs to your profile as I asked as and as specified in http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77167? Do you deserve help?

I guess it's the top two than spin. I suspect if you remove the lower two you may be able to stop them spinning. Can you use some locking pliers to hold them? Maybe wedge some cardboard between the motherboard and the plastic mounting.

Basically you are going to have to force it and then I would get a new kit such as http://www.ebay.com/itm/281611098695.

Update:

Managed to get the cooler block off from my CPU/Motherboard. The problem now is two of the AMD standoffs are still stuck in the motherboard.

I hold the backing with pliers and screw the standoff to try to get it off, all that happens is the standoff spins in place without loosening.

Well.. Thanks for your input. Ended up ordering that to replace the current one. Solution ended up being that I cut the standoffs away from the MB, everything is fine. Just lost use of the backplate in doing so, so ordered a new one. Pain to deal with, especially when the different standoffs are nearly identical.
