a04771
So I bought a new Corsair M65 PRO RGB 5 days ago. Really like this mouse, nice design, cool lighting effects. But I noticed a problem about 3 days ago is that I get electrical shocks from my mouse whenever I turn of my PC. I thinks the electricity comes through the aluminium body. I really don't know what's the problem here, the mouse works fine, except it kinda stutters for 10 seconds after starting my PC. (I think its because of the Corsair Utility Engine to boot up). Is there any idea why this electrical shock is happening? Or a way to solve it? P.S. My power supply have 3 pongs and it is Zalman ZM600-LX
Toasted
The mouse will lag for a few seconds as CUE loads, This is normal. You will want to try the mouse on a different USB port and see whether the issue still occurs. Are you in an environment where static electricity is easily generated?
