Corsair Vengeance 2100 does not turn on

I bought it 2 years ago, it always worked fine until today, I was using it like I usually did, the low battery sound started beeping, I pluged it and I walked away for a while, nothing weird about that... when I came back I tried to turn it on but now only the blue light turn on for like 2 or 3 seconds, charge light for a second, then the charge light starts blinking like normal, it's the same without power plug, I charged it until it was fully charged and nothing...

 

The problem is that I can't ask for a replace because I bought it through a local website and I don't have Corsair's receipt nor Corsair's warranty, website's warranty was only for one year... so, if possible, I will be thankful if someone gives me another solution.
