Dionysus19
Recently CUE freezes my keyboard. When CUE is running my keyboard will disconnect and reconnect rapidly multiple times then disconnects for good, all the lights go off and I get USB is not recognzied. If I kill CUE through tskmgr and replug in the keyboard then it works fine. Any suggestions to fix this? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times. pphx459
I get this same exact problem, lights just turn off randomly, and then I just need to kill CUE and restart it to get it working again. How do we fix this?

Toasted
Can you upload the latest log generated by CUE when the disconnect problem occurs? You can find this in %Localappdata%\Corsair\CUE\logs

Toasted
You will want to make sure your USB chipset drivers are up to date, Windows, BIOS, etc. The logs do show that CUE is having trouble communicating with the keyboard. Try installing an older version of CUE and see whether anything changes. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=138472
